Orders placed through the Affinity Online Store are batched and processed twice per month (the 15th of the month and the last day of the month).  Once the orders are batched, it takes 14 days for production and shipping of the order.  Please allow ample time for receipt of your order. 

 

As an example, Joe places an order on the Affinity Online Store on January 3.  His order will be batched on January 15, and he can expect receipt of his goods on/around January 29.

No, payroll deduction is not an option for payment at this time, however Icon Marketing and Affinity Health is actively working on the programming needed for this to come soon.  Only credit card transactions are accepted.

 

All orders placed through the Affinity Health System Online Store are shipped via UPS directly to the person placing the order.  Shipping charges are calculated based on the number of items and total value of the merchandise ordered.  Shipping charges cannot be avoided and are non-refundable.
